Invoicing Policy

The International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. (ICISF) is very proud of the instructor cadre that has developed over the last 20+ years. It is truly this group of dedicated individuals that are the backbone of ICISF because of your presentation of the latest CISM course materials and concepts to respective target audiences. You are the front-line emissaries of ICISF.

The ICISF Approved Instructors base continues to increase. A prime responsibility of the ICISF is to support all Approved Instructors on a timely basis by registering your courses, forwarding your requested materials and documenting your course information. So that ICISF staff time is not spent in “processing outstanding invoices”, but providing you customer service and supporting your reasonable requests, the following is in effect as of March 01, 2018:

  • The ICISF Course Registration form with payment of the course registration fee shall be completed by the lead instructor and forwarded to the Approved Instructor Support Dept. as per current policy.
  • Payment via credit card is due at the time of shipment for all course materials and shipping/handling. For your convenience we accept the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
  • Certificates should be ordered using the official Certificate Order form. Student manuals should be ordered via the Online Bookstore. Instructions can be found within your instructor binder or by visiting the instructor portion of the ICISF website. 
  • Should outdated forms be submitted to ICISF, we reserve the right to adjust the charge to the current price.
  • Receipts will be provided by ICISF for all purchases after the credit card has been charged.
