The peer lead, clinically supported approach used by the CISM model is a key ingredient in breaking barriers and in fostering the trust required for the delivery of effective support and services. This installment of Learning With Leaders will discuss strategies for protection and sustainment of those relationships in the wake of legislative and legal mandates.
