Beyond skill development, these conferences facilitate crucial networking among CISM practitioners, provide avenues for earning Continuing Education credits, and offer dedicated time to discuss critical incident stress management with colleagues.

ICISF World Congress

The ICISF World Congress is a premier event focused on Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), designed to support first responders and mental health specialists. It serves as a crucial platform for imparting knowledge and fostering mental well-being among those who provide critical support during crises. The congress encourages collaboration to identify and enhance healing and resilience within communities, underscoring a commitment to advancing the field of crisis intervention through shared dialogue and expertise.

World Congress has been traditionally held every two years. The next conference will be held in 2027.
